With over 25 years of experience in strata and property, Silvestro brings a wealth of knowledge and a practical approach to the Strategia team. As Licensee in Charge and Operations Manager, he oversees the NSW operation and works closely with the team and clients, particularly when it comes to complex strata, BMC, governance and compliance matters. Silvestro is passionate about developing his team, building strong relationships with clients and making strata easier to understand and navigate.
