DEFT Online & DEFT Phonepay (including credit card payments)
To pay your levy over the phone or online visit www.deft.com.au or call 1300 30 10 90
To pay your levies by credit card there is no need to register before making payments. A surcharge for credit card payments does apply.
To pay your levies directly from your transaction account, you are required to register your details prior to taking advantage of this payment option. Registration is quick and easy and can be done online at www.deft.com.au and selecting Online Direct Debit Registrations.

BPAY®
BPAY payments are made through your financial institution’s phone or internet banking service. Simply use the Biller code and reference number on your levy notice.

In person at Australia Post
You can pay in person at any Australia Post outlet. Simply present your cheque, cash or eftpos (savings) card together with the remittance advice at the bottom of the levy notice. Please note that Australia Post charge a $2.75 fee for their service.

By Mail
Simply make out a cheque and write your DEFT reference number on the back. Mail it with the remittance advice (bottom of the levy notice) directly to DEFT Payment Systems (GPO Box 4690 Sydney NSW 2001).
