We offer a range of convenient ways to pay your levies. Your unique reference numbers and barcode are on the bottom of your levy notice.
Pay by card or from your bank account at deft.com.au or on 1300 30 10 90. A surcharge applies to card payments. To set up a direct debit, register at deft.com.au under Online Direct Debit Registrations.
Pay through your bank’s phone or internet banking using the biller code and reference on your levy notice.
Pay in person at any Australia Post outlet with your remittance advice, by cash, cheque or eftpos. Australia Post charge a service fee, currently $2.75.
Post a cheque with your DEFT reference and the remittance advice to DEFT Payment Systems, GPO Box 4690, Sydney NSW 2001.

Work that changes the appearance of the building, or that attaches anything to common property, needs approval before it starts. Apply first and the committee has something concrete to consider.
If you are having difficulty paying your levies, talk to us early. We can discuss a payment plan before recovery action begins.
To report a common-property repair or maintenance issue, or to order replacement keys, fobs or remotes, contact our office or submit a request through the owner portal. We coordinate a licensed, reliable tradesperson and follow up until the work is complete.
Contact usWe take concerns seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly. Complaints can be raised in writing with your body corporate manager, who will acknowledge, register and investigate them, and respond in line with our complaints process and the requirements of the BCCM Act.
If a matter cannot be resolved, it can be escalated to the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management.
Every community titles scheme in Queensland is governed by the one Act, and by whichever regulation module the scheme is registered under. The module decides your meeting rules, your committee size and your spending limits, so it is worth knowing which one applies to you.
